अवगत कराना है कि विपक्षी महेंद्र अग्रवाल ने जान-बूझकर मुझ महिला एवं
मेरे सामाजिक संगठन यैश्वर्याज सेवा संस्थान लखनऊ की ख्याति की अपहानि
करने के दुरूद्देश्य से सोशल नेटवर्किंग साइट फेसबुक पर मानहानिकारक
कमेंट किए. महेंद्र अग्रवाल द्वारा फेसबुक पर किए गये कमेंट्स के तीन
स्क्रीनशॉट्स की प्रतियाँ संलग्न हैं I

महेंद्र अग्रवाल ने ये मानहानिकारक कमेंट हमारी संस्था द्वारा दिए जाने
बाले 'आरटीआई रत्न' सम्मान समारोह 2015 के संबंध में किए थे I मैने
महेंद्र अग्रवाल को इस सम्मान समारोह में व्यक्तिगत रूप से ई-मेल द्वारा
आमंत्रित किया था और महेंद्र अग्रवाल जानते थे कि मैं महिला ही इस
कार्यक्रम की आयोजिका थी I प्रमाण के रूप में मेरे द्वारा महेंद्र
अग्रवाल को भेजी गयी ई-मेल दिनांक 15-04-14 का एक पेज का प्रिंट-आउट
संलग्न है I

फेसबुक पर किए गये कमेंट्स में महेंद्र अग्रवाल ने मुझ महिला को 'दलाल'
कहा है जिसकी सूचना मेरे मित्रों और रिश्तेदारों द्वारा मुझे दी गयी I
मैं देश की एक सम्मानित महिला सामाजिक कार्यकत्री हूँ और महेंद्र अग्रवाल
द्वारा मुझ महिला को 'दलाल' कहे जाने से मेरी और मेरे संगठन की सारे
संसार में घोर मानहानि हुई है I

इस संबंध में मैने दिनांक 03-05-15 को महेंद्र अग्रवाल को सात दिनों का
समय देते हुए ई-मेल द्वारा एक लीगल नोटिस भी भेजा था परंतु सात दिन बीत
जाने पर भी महेंद्र अग्रवाल द्वारा इस लीगल नोटिस का कोई भी जबाब नहीं
दिया गया है जिससे स्पष्ट है कि महेंद्र अग्रवाल ने मुझ महिला के विरुद्ध
ये अपराध जान-बूझकर किया है. लीगल नोटिस के दो पेजों का प्रिंट-आउट
संलग्न है I

उपरोक्त के आलोक में आपसे अनुरोध है कि विपक्षी महेंद्र अग्रवाल के
विरुद्ध भारतीय दंड संहिता और इन्फार्मेसन टेक्नॉलॉजी एक्ट की सम्यक
धाराओं में अभियोग पंजीकृत कर विधिक कार्यवाही करें और मुझे न्याय प्रदान
करायें I

YAISHWARYAJ Seva Sansthan is a Lucknow based registered society
(Registration No. 1074-2011-2012) with its camp office at 101,Narayan
Tower,Opposite F Block Idgah ,Rajajipuram , Lucknow-226017,Uttar
Pradesh,India. The organization is actively involved in raising and
solving Youth-awakening , Agricultural , Industrial & unorganized
sector-child-labor ,Social , Health , Women-empowerment ,
Atmosphere-conservation , Rehabilitation , Yoga-awakening,
Anti-Corruption & Judicial Issues with the People ,for the People,
Forever. In the meeting of managing committee of YAISHWARYAJ dated
09-05-2015, It has been decided to seek nominations for 'Vishnu Datt
Mishra Memorial RTI Ratna Award 2016'. These awards shall be given to
the RTI users who have rendered exemplary contribution towards
empowering the transparency regime in India through effective uses of
'RTI act 2005'. The winners shall be decided from amongst the nominees
by a jury of three members of YAISHWARYAJ Seva Sansthan, whose names
shall be decided by the managing committee of the society. Award
shall carry Certificate, trophy and cash prize ( Cheque ). We shall
reward winner of first prize of RTI Ratna with a cash prize ( Cheque )
of Rs. 3000/- ( Rupees three thousands only ), winner of Second prize
of RTI Ratna with a cash prize ( Cheque ) of Rs. 2000/- ( Rupees two
thousands only ), winner of third prize of RTI Ratna with a cash prize
( Cheque ) of Rs. 1000/- ( Rupees one thousands only ). We shall
reimburse to & fro actual sleeper class train/ ordinary bus fare to
the three winners of RTI Ratna awards by cheque on production of
original one way ticket of journey to lucknow. No
taxi/rikshaw/autoriksha /local travel charges shall be reimbursed.

RTI users, desirous of applying, may send their nomination on plain
paper providing basic details like name, father's/ mother's name,
date of birth, postal address with pin code, mobile no., e-mail id,
any other contact details, details of contribution to the society
through use of RTI and signature of applicant attaching thereby ID
proof and photocopies of RTIs & related news-clips by post at 456,
Bari Baman Puri, Bareilly,Uttar Pradesh, India, Pin Code-243003 or
through e-mail at rtimahilamanchup@gmail.com mentioning "Application
for Vishnu Datt Mishra Memorial RTI Ratna Award 2016" in subject head.
All previous winners of RTI Ratna awards are not eligible to apply for
the awards. Last date for sending the nominations is 31st December
2015.

To recognize the bravery of those RTI users who showed exemplary
courage in surpassing the odds coming in their way, who continued
their quest for empowering the transparency regime in India through
uses of 'RTI act 2005' despite being harassed by Public authorities/
Governments/ Information Commissions; we shall reward all such RTI
users with 'Vishnu Datt Mishra Memorial RTI Bravery Award 2016'. This
category of award shall carry a Certificate and a trophy only.RTI
Bravery awards shall be given to 10 best cases of RTI users who shall
directly approach YAISHWARYAJ or its office bearers including our
helpline nos. +91 8081898081 & +91 9455553838 for help against their
harassment/victimization with the aim of continuing their fight for
a transparent regime in India. No formal application is required for
this category of awards, however, those applying formally for this
category, shall also be considered for this category of awards. Cases
reported upto 31st December 2015 shall be eligible for this category.

To recognize exemplary contributions of those RTI veterans who
dedicated themselves for empowering the transparency regime in India
and brought remarkable changes through effective uses of 'RTI act
2005' in matters concerning larger public interests of the society, we
shall honor two veteran RTI activists with 'Vishnu Datt Mishra
Memorial RTI Lifetime Achievement Award 2016'. Award shall carry a
Certificate, a Memento and an ANGVASTRAM. RTI Lifetime achievement
awards shall be given based on recommendations of executive body of
YAISHWARYAJ from amongst the leading RTI activists of India, based on
widespread inputs available on various modes of media upto 31st
December 2015, without requiring any formal applications from them
and shall be announced only after getting formal consents from the
awardees. We shall reimburse to & fro III tier AC train/AC Bus fare
to the two awardees of RTI lifetime achievement awards on production
of original one way ticket of journey to Lucknow.

For outstation awardees of all categories, Yaishwaryaj shall arrange
for pick & drop facility by car from Charbagh Lucknow railway station/
Quisarbagh, Lucknow bus stand to the venue of the program upto the
opening of the program and from venue of the program to said railway
station/ bus stand only after formal closing of the event.

Awards shall be given in a ceremony which shall be held in year 2016
in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. All winners shall be intimated at

Even many reputed social activists of UP conspired against YAISHWARYAJ’s RTI Seminar & RTI Ratna award ceremony.

Dear friends,
As we are proceeding with our investigation in this matter, we are
finding more worms beneath the carpet. Besides Lucknow/Sonebhadra
based Journo,lawyer by profession &Member of Working Committee of
Uttar Pradesh Chapter of Transparency International India, Secretary
of Society for Fast Justice Lucknow cum RTI activist Mahendra Agrawal
and Alok Kumar Singh of RTI Council of Uttar Pradesh,Many Popular and
acclaimed Social activists of UP too conspired against YAISHWARYAJ's
recently successfully concluded RTI Seminar & RTI Ratna award
ceremony.

I am shocked to know that all these mean-machines were active from
backdoor. Its even more painful that despite my personal invitation to
almost all such social activists, they refrained to present themselves
at the event so as to take me and my organization to tasks ( if any
issues were there ) from front and preferred backdoor conspiracy by
mean tactics.

I am in the process of collecting the evidences in this regard and
shall soon be with you all with all such names with relevant
evidences.

आयोजित किए गये आरटीआई सेमिनार और आरटीआई रत्न पुरस्कार समारोह को विफल
करने के षड्यंत्र में केवल पेशे से पत्रकार/अधिवक्ता और
ट्रॅन्स्परेन्सी इंटरनॅशनल इंडिया के उत्तर प्रदेश चॅप्टर की वर्किंग
कमेटी के सदस्य,सोसाइटी फॉर फास्ट जस्टीस लखनऊ के सचिव, आरटीआई
कार्यकर्ता महेंद्र अग्रवाल तथा आरटीआई काउन्सिल ऑफ यूपी के आलोक कुमार
सिंह ही शामिल नहीं थे अपितु यूपी के कई अन्य चर्चित और प्रतिष्ठित
समाजसेवी भी भीतर-घात की इस मुहिम में ज़ोर-शोर से लगे थे.

यह तो तब है जब मैने व्यक्तिगत रूप से लगभग सभी सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं को
कार्यक्रम में आमंत्रित किया था. मुझे दुख है इन सम्मानित लोगों ने मेरे
एक ईमानदार प्रयास को बिफल करने का कुत्सित षडयंत्र रचा. मैं प्रमाण

awards given by our social organization YAISHWARYAJ Seva Sansthan as
fake ( Pharjee ). Not only this you called office bearers & persons
associated with YAISHWARYAJ as brokers ( Dalal ).

We, as a social organization & as a social & RTI activist are very
much transparent and honest in our functioning and so we, at the
onset, are refuting all the charges leveled against our prestigious
RTI awards, our organization and our office bearers & persons
associated with YAISHWARYAJ.

You have deliberately made derogatory remarks to maliciously defame
all of us.You must be aware that use of the word 'Dalaal' for a lady
and 'Pharjee aur Jebee' to our prestigious RTI awards is highly
defamatory and invites criminal action under Indian penal code also.

You are therefore required :

1. " To Immediately withdraw all the allegations and aspersions
containing defamatory content , made on facebook by you against our
RTI awards, me and our organization."

2. "And to tender an unconditional public apology to all of us at
YAISHWARYAJ, to our satisfaction through print, electronic and social
media with regard to the said baseless allegations and aspersions and
using foul and filthy language."

3. "And to refrain from committing any such act(s) i.e. using foul and
filthy language unbecoming of civil public discourse in future."

4. "And refrain from making any false and baseless accusations which
are false to your knowledge."

"In case of failure to comply with this notice within a period of
seven (7) days of receipt of this legal notice, you shall render
yourselves jointly and severally liable to face appropriate civil as

RTI takes full Circle as Lucknow based NGO YAISHWARYAJ compelled to hold a seminar highlighting Back-stabber RTI activists.

लखनऊ की सामाजिक कार्यकत्री उर्वशी शर्मा द्वारा बिना किसी और से कोई
आर्थिक मदद लिए, मात्र आरटीआई के प्रचार प्रसार की निःस्वार्थ मंशा से
एक राष्ट्रीय आरटीआई सेमिनार आयोजित करना और अपने दिवंगत पिता के नाम पर
आरटीआई रत्न पुरस्कार प्रदान करने का सामाजिक प्रयास करना कुछ आरटीआई
कार्यकर्ताओं के गले तो नहीं ही उतरा पर आरटीआई के लिए किए गये उर्वशी के
इस सार्थक प्रयास ने इन आरटीआई कार्यकर्ताओं के पेट में इतनी मरोड़ पैदा
कर दी कि वे उर्वशी के इस सेमिनार और आरटीआई रत्न सम्मान समारोह को विफल
करने के लिए इस हद तक गिर गये कि कार्यक्रम के अतिथियों से व्यक्तिगत
रूप से मिलकर, फ़ेसबुक द्वारा और मोबाइल द्वारा संपर्क कर कार्यक्रम में
आने से रोकने के लिए प्रेरित करने के लिए कमर कस कर झूठे दुष्प्रचार में
सक्रिय हो गये.

इनमें से एक आरटीआई कार्यकर्ता आलोक कुमार सिंह ने एक अतिथि को मोबाइल
द्वारा कार्यक्रम में आने से रोकने के लिए हतोत्साहित किया तो एक अन्य
आरटीआई कार्यकर्ता महेंद्र अग्रवाल ने एक अतिथि से व्यक्तिगत भेंट कर और
एक अन्य को सोशल मीडीया पर संपर्क कर कार्यक्रम में आने से रोकने के लिए
प्रेरित करने का कार्य किया.

बकौल उर्वशी, उन्होने इन दोनों आरटीआई कार्यकर्ताओं आलोक कुमार सिंह और
महेंद्र अग्रवाल को अपने कार्यक्रम में आमंत्रित तो किया ही था साथ ही
साथ महेंद्र अग्रवाल को तो कार्यक्रम में आरटीआई वीरता पुरस्कार से
सम्मानित भी किया जाना था. उर्वशी स्तब्ध हैं कि कार्यक्रम में आकर खुले
मंच से अपना विरोध व्यक्त करने के स्थान पर महेंद्र अग्रवाल ने
बैक-डोर-क्रिटिसिज़्म का ग़लत रास्ता चुना तो वहीं कार्यक्रम में आकर भी
आलोक कुमार सिंह ने खुले मंच पर आकर उनकी और उनके कार्यक्रम की आलोचना
नहीं की जबकि वे भीतर-घात द्वारा कार्यक्रम के दुष्प्रचार में लगे रहे.

उर्वशी ने कहा है कि अब उनका संगठन आरटीआई आंदोलन में भेंड की खाल में
छुपे भेड़ियों को चिन्हित कर सप्रमाण बेनकाब करने का भी काम करेगा. अपने
सेमिनारों द्वारा जनसूचना अधिकारियों,सरकारों,न्यायालयों और सूचना आयोगों
की खामियों से संबंधित विषय उठाने बाली उर्वशी ने घोषणा की है कि उनके
संगठन द्वारा किए जाने बाला अगला राष्ट्रीय सेमिनार आरटीआई की कब्र
खोदने बाले आरटीआई कार्यकर्ताओं पर केंद्रित होगा.

आरटीआई कार्यकर्ता महेंद्र अग्रवाल ने एक अतिथि से व्यक्तिगत भेंट कर और
एक अन्य को सोशल मीडीया पर संपर्क कर कार्यक्रम में आने से रोकने के लिए
प्रेरित करने का कार्य किया.

बकौल उर्वशी, उन्होने इन दोनों आरटीआई कार्यकर्ताओं आलोक कुमार सिंह और
महेंद्र अग्रवाल को अपने कार्यक्रम में आमंत्रित तो किया ही था साथ ही
साथ महेंद्र अग्रवाल को तो कार्यक्रम में आरटीआई वीरता पुरस्कार से
सम्मानित भी किया जाना था. उर्वशी स्तब्ध हैं कि कार्यक्रम में आकर खुले
मंच से अपना विरोध व्यक्त करने के स्थान पर महेंद्र अग्रवाल ने
बैक-डोर-क्रिटिसिज़्म का ग़लत रास्ता चुना तो वहीं कार्यक्रम में आकर भी
आलोक कुमार सिंह ने खुले मंच पर आकर उनकी और उनके कार्यक्रम की आलोचना
नहीं की जबकि वे भीतर-घात द्वारा कार्यक्रम के दुष्प्रचार में लगे रहे.

उर्वशी ने कहा है कि अब उनका संगठन आरटीआई आंदोलन में भेंड की खाल में
छुपे भेड़ियों को चिन्हित कर सप्रमाण बेनकाब करने का भी काम करेगा. अपने
सेमिनारों द्वारा जनसूचना अधिकारियों,सरकारों,न्यायालयों और सूचना आयोगों
की खामियों से संबंधित विषय उठाने बाली उर्वशी ने घोषणा की है कि उनके
संगठन द्वारा किए जाने बाला अगला राष्ट्रीय सेमिनार आरटीआई की कब्र
खोदने बाले आरटीआई कार्यकर्ताओं पर केंद्रित होगा.

लखनऊ की सामाजिक कार्यकत्री उर्वशी शर्मा द्वारा बिना किसी और से कोई
आर्थिक मदद लिए, मात्र आरटीआई के प्रचार प्रसार की निःस्वार्थ मंशा से
एक राष्ट्रीय आरटीआई सेमिनार आयोजित करना और अपने दिवंगत पिता के नाम पर
आरटीआई रत्न पुरस्कार प्रदान करने का सामाजिक प्रयास करना कुछ आरटीआई
कार्यकर्ताओं के गले तो नहीं ही उतरा पर आरटीआई के लिए किए गये उर्वशी के
इस सार्थक प्रयास ने इन आरटीआई कार्यकर्ताओं के पेट में इतनी मरोड़ पैदा
कर दी कि वे उर्वशी के इस सेमिनार और आरटीआई रत्न सम्मान समारोह को विफल
करने के लिए इस हद तक गिर गये कि कार्यक्रम के अतिथियों से व्यक्तिगत
रूप से मिलकर, फ़ेसबुक द्वारा और मोबाइल द्वारा संपर्क कर कार्यक्रम में
आने से रोकने के लिए प्रेरित करने के लिए कमर कस कर झूठे दुष्प्रचार में
सक्रिय हो गये.

इनमें से एक आरटीआई कार्यकर्ता आलोक कुमार सिंह ने एक अतिथि को मोबाइल
द्वारा कार्यक्रम में आने से रोकने के लिए हतोत्साहित किया तो एक अन्य
आरटीआई कार्यकर्ता महेंद्र अग्रवाल ने एक अतिथि से व्यक्तिगत भेंट कर और
एक अन्य को सोशल मीडीया पर संपर्क कर कार्यक्रम में आने से रोकने के लिए
