I am Secretary of NGO YAISHWARYAJ Seva Sansthan, Vice President of NGO
Save Cultural Values Foundation, active member of NAPM, NCPRI,
PUCL,ASHA Parivaar, U.P. Suuchna Ka adhikaar abhiyaan and I against
Corruption.

We are operating mobile helpline for Right to Information and also
against corruption.

We have come to know from a sources on our helpline against corruption that -

1- Sri Rajesh Chandra , Principal G. B. Pant Polytechnic Mohan Road
Lucknow is a very corrupt public servant. He has amassed huge amount
of disproportionate movable & immovable assets recently by
siphoning-off the public money . The matter becomes more serious
because huge part of this money has come from the projects meant for
the poor class and SC/ST community of the society .

2- Sri Rajesh Chandra , Principal G. B. Pant Polytechnic Mohan Road
Lucknow misappropriates government funds/facilities for the work of
his own NGO/Society named SAMANVAY SEVA SANSTHAN. .

3- Sri Rajesh Chandra , Principal of G. B. Pant Polytechnic Mohan
Road Lucknow is an incapable and inefficient public servant who has
not been able even to get the AICTE approval of the last session for
said polytechnic which is the basic responsibility of a principal.

Not only this , He is a crook who has given a false undertaking to the
JEECUP to get the students admitted in the said institute in the
current session though, as yet, the said polytechnic is not approved
by AICTE.

This way the crook Sri Rajesh Chandra is playing with the future of
hundreds of SC/ST Students.

Please make

1- A vigilance enquiry to punish Sri Rajesh Chandra who is
himself involved in
all these illegalities and irregularities,

2- Ensure recovery of public money from Sri Rajesh Chandra under "
General principles to regulate the enforcement of responsibility for
losses sustained by government through the fraud or negligence of
individuals "

Public Roads in Uttar Pradesh are not for the pedestrians but for
Playing Badminton ?????

M.P.Vaish Superintending Engineer,SSO Circle ,HQ,UP Housing &
Development Board playing badminton in front of his house with another
man. Two of the videos also depicts how the passerby ladies are
traumatized by the duo but they are the least concerned about this .
This is the most shameful attitude of a class one gazetted officer
of Uttar Pradesh Government towards the pedestrians .

Maybe this is M.P.Vaish's novice way of EVE-TEASING.

In September 2011 , We got a lead on our helpline against corruption
about illegal constructions on G-72/17 Sanjay Gandhi Puram Lucknow &
126/67 H Block , Govind Nagar , Kanpur , Uttar Pradesh so I raised
RTIs with the concerned offices.

Our helpline got a lead about some irregularities in appointment and
posting of above named Sri Shailendra Pratap Singh so I raised RTI
about this as well.

Our helpline also got a lead from an anonymous source that Sri
Devendra Shukla R/O G-72/17 Sanjay Gandhi Puram Lucknow murdered her
wife in past . Since we are taking up Women related issues also so I
request you to get this matter investigated so that the truth should
precipitate.

I am a social worker and often move out for social activities. Post
RTI filing period , Sri Devendra Shukla R/O G-72/17 Sanjay Gandhi
Puram Lucknow and his aide Sri Shailendra Pratap Singh has been
chasing me on one motorcycle and passing lewd / obscene remarks on me
with the malafide intent to silence my voice against illegalities /
irregularities / corruption on the abovementioned matters.

My life is in danger due to these two persons.

Please take necessary steps to ensure the safety of a RTI activist &
whistleblower of your district.

Appeal to Socially Boycott the corrupt , motivate the Youth & the
Child to question his own parent's sources of Income

Dear all ,

YAISHWARYAJ Seva Sansthan called upon the citizens in Lucknow
to socially boycott corrupt politicians & bureaucrats to mend the
behavior of the corrupt and also to prevent newcomers from being
corrupt.

Since the laws so far have failed to eradicate corruption hence
there is dire need for use of social boycott of the corrupt as a tool
to weed out corruption.

It has to be a mass movement by majority which means there has to be
social ferment like social boycott of the corrupt which will make the
society vigilant about the need to weed out corruption and this should
not be limited to exposure of just a few cases but It is more
important for a society to be in ferment to clean itself up on its own
.

This shall surely bring unbearable discomfort to anyone if his own
child refuses to share comforts bought by the black money or asks
one's source of income . The need is to awaken the youth and the
child of our country . When we trap the corrupt right from the home to
society , he shall surely leave corrupt practices he is involved in
right now and a newcomer shall not be attracted to the corruption .
After all one is doing it for one's offspring and social recognition
. If he loses on both fronts , he has no way left but to leave it
.This shall surely prove to be a powerful tool to mend the corrupt
system.

We have decided to boycott any of the social events where the corrupts
are there as eminent guests. We have also planned to approach the
schools and colleges to encourage the students to join the movement
against corruption & making the willing students take a pledge to ask
his / her parent's sources of income regularly . Since our resources
are limited so we are writing to you all to implement this in your
sphere so that it should spread at national level to bring the fight
against corruption nearer to its logical end .

भ्रष्टों का सामाजिक वहिष्कार , युवाओं व बच्चों को अपने माता पिता के
आय के स्रोतों के वारे में पूछने के लिए प्रेरित करने का आह्वान

येश्वर्याज सेवा संस्थान नें आज नागरिकों का आह्वान किया कि वे भ्रष्ट
राजनीतिज्ञों और नौकरशाहों का सामाजिक बहिष्कार करें l इससे भ्रष्ट अपने
व्यवहार को बदलने को वाध्य होंगे और नए चेहरे भ्रष्ट होने से स्वं
को रोकेंगे l

चूंकि अभी तक के कानूनों के द्वारा हम भ्रष्टाचार उन्मूलन में विफल
रहे हैं अतः आज के परिवेश में भ्रष्टाचार की समस्या से निपटनें के लिए
भ्रष्टों के पूर्ण सामाजिक बहिष्कार को भ्रष्टाचार निवारण के एक सशक्त
उपकरण के रूप में उपयोग करने की सख्त आवश्यकता हैl

यह बहुमत का एक जन आंदोलन होना चाहिए अर्थात सम्पूर्ण समाज में
भ्रष्टों का सामाजिक बहिष्कार एक वृहद सामाजिक विक्षोभ के रूप में
उत्पन्न होना चाहिए l यह एक ऐसे जागरूक समाज को प्रतिस्थापित करेगा जो
भ्रष्टाचार के कुछेक मामलों के उजागर होने तक ही सीमित न रहकर
भ्रष्टाचार के विरुद्ध शाश्वत होगा l भ्रष्टाचार के विरुद्ध उत्पन्न यह
सामाजिक विक्षोभ खुद अपने दम पर समाज को अन्दर से साफ़ करेगा l इस समाज
में भ्रष्टों के लिए कोई स्थान नहीं होगा l

असाधारण विषम स्थितिओं से निपटने के लिए कठोर निर्णय लेने की आवश्यकता
अंतर्निहित होती है l यह निश्चित रूप से किसी को असहनीय कष्टकारी होगा
यदि उसका बच्चा उसके काले धन से खरीदी गयी ऐशो- आराम की सुविधाओं का
उपभोग करने से मना कर देता है या अपने अभिभावक से उसके आय का स्रोत
पूछता है l आज की जरूरत हमारे देश के युवा और बच्चों को जगाने की है l
जब हम एक भ्रष्टाचारी को घर से समाज तक घेरेंगे तो वह निश्चित रूप से
भ्रष्टाचार को छोड़ने को वाध्य होगा और नवागंतुक भ्रष्टाचार की ओर
आकर्षित नहीं होगा l आखिर कोई भी व्यक्ति अपने वंश और सामाजिक मान्यता
के लिए ही भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त होता है l अगर वह दोनों मोर्चों पर हार
जाता है तो उसके पास सुधरने के आलावा और कोई रास्ता नहीं बचता है
lनिश्चित रूप से यह भ्रष्ट व्यवस्था के सुधार के लिए एक शक्तिशाली उपकरण
साबित होगा l

हमने उन सभी सामाजिक समारोहों का वहिष्कार करने का निर्णय लिया है जहां
भ्रष्ट व्यक्ति विशिष्ट मेहमान के रूप बुलाये जाते हैं l हमने स्कूलों
और कॉलेजों के छात्र/छात्राओं को भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ आंदोलन में शामिल
होने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने , छात्र/छात्राओं के लिए स्वेच्छापूर्वक
यह शपथ लेने कि वह अपने माता पिता के आय के स्रोतों के वारे में
नियमित रूप से उनसे पूँछता रहेगा , हेतु अभियान
चलाने का निर्णय लिया है l चूंकि हमारे संसाधन सीमित हैं, इसलिए आप सभी
को यह प्रस्ताव राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ लड़ने के लिए भेज
रहे हैं ताकि इसे लागू कर भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ लडाई को उसके तार्किक अंत
तक पंहुचाया जा सके l

भ्रष्टों का सामाजिक वहिष्कार , युवाओं व बच्चों को अपने माता पिता के आय के स्रोतों के वारे में पूछने के लिए प्रेरित करने पर वल

येश्वर्याज सेवा संस्थान नें आज नागरिकों का आह्वान किया कि वे भ्रष्ट राजनीतिज्ञों और नौकरशाहों का सामाजिक बहिष्कार करें l इससे भ्रष्ट अपने व्यवहार को बदलने को वाध्य होंगे और नए चेहरे भ्रष्ट होने से स्वं को रोकेंगे l

लखनऊ स्थित स्वयंसेवी संगठन की सचिव उर्वशी शर्मा नें रविवार को भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ सार्वजनिक सुनवाई की शुरुआत करते हुए कहा " चूंकि अभी तक के कानूनों के द्वारा हम भ्रष्टाचार उन्मूलन में विफल रहे हैं अतः आज के परिवेश में भ्रष्टाचार की समस्या से निपटनें के लिए भ्रष्टों के पूर्ण सामाजिक बहिष्कार को भ्रष्टाचार निवारण के एक सशक्त उपकरण के रूप में उपयोग करने की सख्त आवश्यकता हैl "

बढ़ते भ्रष्टाचार पर चिंता जताते हुए उर्वशी नें कहा "यह बहुमत का एक जन आंदोलन होना चाहिए अर्थात सम्पूर्ण समाज में भ्रष्टों का सामाजिक बहिष्कार एक वृहद सामाजिक विक्षोभ के रूप में उत्पन्न होना चाहिए l यह एक ऐसे जागरूक समाज को प्रतिस्थापित करेगा जो भ्रष्टाचार के कुछेक मामलों के उजागर होने तक ही सीमित न रहकर भ्रष्टाचार के विरुद्ध शाश्वत होगा l भ्रष्टाचार के विरुद्ध उत्पन्न यह सामाजिक विक्षोभ खुद अपने दम पर समाज को अन्दर से साफ़ करेगा l इस समाज में भ्रष्टों के लिए कोई स्थान नहीं होगा l "

असाधारण विषम स्थितिओं से निपटने के लिए कठोर निर्णय लेने की आवश्यकता अंतर्निहित होना उद्धृत करते हुए उर्वशी नें कहा "यह निश्चित रूप से किसी को असहनीय कष्टकारी होगा यदि उसका बच्चा उसके काले धन से खरीदी गयी ऐशो- आराम की सुविधाओं का उपभोग करने से मना कर देता है या अपने अभिभावक से उसके आय का स्रोत पूछता है l
आज की जरूरत हमारे देश के युवा और बच्चों को जगाने की है l जब हम एक भ्रष्टाचारी को घर से समाज तक घेरेंगे तो वह निश्चित रूप से भ्रष्टाचार को छोड़ने को वाध्य होगा और नवागंतुक भ्रष्टाचार की ओर आकर्षित नहीं होगा l आखिर कोई भी व्यक्ति अपने वंश और सामाजिक मान्यता के लिए ही भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त होता है l अगर वह दोनों मोर्चों पर हार जाता है तो उसके पास सुधरने के आलावा और कोई रास्ता नहीं बचता है lनिश्चित रूप से यह भ्रष्ट व्यवस्था के सुधार के लिए एक शक्तिशाली उपकरण साबित होगा l "
"येश्वर्याज सेवा संस्थान नें उन सभी सामाजिक समारोहों का वहिष्कार करने का निर्णय लिया है जहां भ्रष्ट व्यक्ति विशिष्ट मेहमान के रूप बुलाये जाते हैं l संस्थान नें स्कूलों और कॉलेजों के छात्र/छात्राओं को भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ आंदोलन में शामिल होने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने , छात्र/छात्राओं के लिए स्वेच्छापूर्वक यह शपथ लेने कि वह अपने माता पिता के आय के स्रोतों के वारे में नियमित रूप से उनसे पूँछता रहेगा , हेतु अभियान
चलाने का निर्णय लिया है l चूंकि हमारे संसाधन सीमित हैं, इसलिए हम अरुणा राय , मेधा पाटकर , अन्ना हजारे, डा. संदीप पांडे और अन्य सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं / देश के संगठनों के लिए के लिए यह प्रस्ताव राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ लड़ने के लिए भेज रहे हैं ताकि इसे लागू कर भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ लडाई को उसके तार्किक अंत तक पंहुचाया जा सके l "उर्वशी नें बताया l

बाद में, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता राम स्वरूप यादव और बबिता सिंह के एक पैनल के एक इंटरैक्टिव सत्र में नागरिकों के प्रश्नों का समाधान किया l नन्ही आरटीआई कार्यकत्री ऐश्वर्या शर्मा नें धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव पेश किया l

YAISHWARYAJ Seva Sansthan called upon the citizens to socially boycott corrupt politicians & bureaucrats to mend the behavior of the corrupt and also to prevent newcomers from being corrupt.
Inaugurating Sunday's public hearing against corruption Urvashi Sharma, the Secretary of Lucknow based N.G.O. said "Since the laws so far have failed to eradicate corruption hence there is dire need for use of social boycott of the corrupt as a tool to weed out corruption. "
Expressing concern over rising corruption she added " It has to be a mass movement by majority which means there has to be social ferment like social boycott of the corrupt which will make the society vigilant about the need to weed out corruption and this should not be limited to exposure of just a few cases but It is more important for a society to be in ferment to clean itself up on its own ."
Underlying that an extraordinary situation demands a drastic solution she added "This shall surely bring unbearable discomfort to anyone if his own child refuses to share comforts bought by the black money or asks one's source of income . The need is to awaken the youth and the child of our country . When we trap the corrupt right from the home to society , he shall surely leave corrupt practices he is involved in right now and a newcomer shall not be attracted to the corruption . After all one is doing it for one's offspring and social recognition . If he loses on both fronts , he has no way left but to leave it .This shall surely prove to be a powerful tool to mend the corrupt system."
"Yaishwaryaj Seva Sansthan has decided to boycott any of the social events where the corrupts are there as eminent guests and also to approach the schools and colleges to encourage the students to join the movement against corruption and making the willing students take a pledge to ask his / her parent's sources of income regularly . Since our resources are limited so we shall send a proposal to Aruna Roy , Medha Patker ,Anna Hazare , Dr. Sandeep Pandey and other social activists / organizations of the country to implement this at national level to bring the fight against corruption to its logical end ." told Urvashi.
Later, a panel of Social Activist Ram Swaroop Yadav and Babita Singh resolved the queries posed by the citizens at an interactive session. Little RTI prodigy Aishwarya proposed a vote of thanks.

लखनऊ की एक गैर सरकारी संस्था येश्वर्याज सेवा संस्थान ने हिंदी दिवस पर
एक जनजागरूकता कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया l कार्यक्रम में स्थानीय जनसमुदाय
सहित प्रबुद्धजन एवं समाजसेवी राम स्वरुप यादव , बबिता सिंह , दिग्विजय
सिंह , प्रभुता , उषा ,राम प्रकाश , बिष्णु दत्त आदि ने प्रतिभाग किया l
कार्यक्रम के दौरान वक्ताओं नें हिंदी भाषा को हृदय से आत्मसात करने ,
हिंदी को अंगरेजी से कमतर कर न आंकने एवं हिंदी भाषा का अधिक से अधिक
प्रयोग करने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया गया l

येश्वर्याज की सचिव उर्वशी शर्मा ने इस बात पर गहरा दुःख व्यक्त किया कि
भारत की राजभाषा एवं हमारे प्रदेश की राज्यभाषा होने पर भी हिंदी की इतनी
दयनीय स्थिति है कि हम आज हिंदी दिवस मनाने को वाध्य हुए हैं l उर्वशी का
मानना है कि हिंदी तो अपनों के बीच ही पराई हो गयी है और यही कारण है कि
जो हिंदी दिवस हमें वर्ष के तीन सौ पैंसठ दिन मन से मनाना चाहिए वह हिंदी
दिवस हम वर्ष में एक दिन मनाकर एक रस्म अदायगी भर कर लेते हैं l उर्वशी
नें लोगों का आवाहन किया कि वे दिल से प्रयास कर हिंदी भाषा को उस स्थान
पर पहुंचा दें कि हिंदी सारे विश्व की सिरमौर हो जाये l

इस मौके पर येश्वर्याज सेवा संस्थान की ओर से उच्च शिक्षा की सभी विधाओं
के पाठ्यक्रम हिंदी भाषा में चलाने एवं देश की सभी प्रतियोगात्मक
परीक्षाओं को हिंदी भाषा में भी अनिवार्यतः कराने सम्वन्धी मांग पत्र
देश के राष्ट्रपति एवं प्रधान मंत्री को प्रेषित करने का निर्णय भी लिया
गया l

अहमदनगर| जनलोक पाल बिल की मांग ने अन्ना को जन - जन का नायक बना दिया है
| अन्ना की सुरक्षा को लेकर सरकार काफी गंभीर है स्थानीय पुलिस ने जेड
कैटिगरी की सुरक्षा देने का फैसला किया है। 22 पुलिसकर्मी हमेशा उनकी
सुरक्षा में हमेशा मुस्तैद रहेंगे। वहीँ अन्ना ने सुरक्षा लेने से मना
किया था लेकिन अधिकारीयों का कहना है '' उनकी सुरक्षा हमारी जिम्मेदारी
है और इसमें कोताही नहीं बरती जा सकती है।''

अहमदनगर के एसपी कृष्ण प्रकाश ने अन्ना को दी गयी जेड कैटिगरी की सुरक्षा
के बारे में कहा, ''जनलोकपाल कानून के लिए सफलतापूर्वक आंदोलन चलाने के
बाद अन्ना हजारे पूरे देश में मशहूर हो गए हैं। इसलिए उनकी सुरक्षा जरूरी
हो गई है। अन्ना पहले सुरक्षा कवर के लिए तैयार नहीं थे, लेकिन हम इसमें
लापरवाही नहीं बरत सकते हैं। उन्होंने हमारी पेशकश अब स्वीकार कर ली
है।''

गौरतलब है कि अन्ना ने 2007 में सुरक्षा वापस कर दी थी |

dear all ,

after the victory in the first phase , all eyes are on to the web that
the corrupt lobby of politicians and bureaucrates may spin .

the victory shall not be easily swallowed by the corrupt lobby of the
country who may take some extreme steps also .

i feel that annaji's life may be in danger so as a precautionary move
annaji should get z+ security cover .

i have written to the president , the prime minister and the home
minister of india to provide z+ security cover to annaji.

लखनऊ, येश्वर्याज सेवा संस्थान ने भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी हेल्प लाइन आरम्भ कर
टीम अन्ना को आन्दोलन की सफलता पर धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया

येश्वर्याज सेवा संस्थान लखनऊ ने लोक पाल आन्दोलन की सफलता पर एक
कार्यक्रम 28-08-11 को राजाजीपुरम लखनऊ में अपने शिविर कार्यालय पर
आयोजित किया । कार्यक्रम में संस्थान के पदाधिकारियों , सदस्यों सहित
स्थानीय लोगों ने प्रतिभाग किया । इस अवसर पर भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी हेल्प
लाइन का उद्घाटन, विचार विमर्श , देशभक्ति की भावना से ओत-प्रोत
सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों के साथ साथ मिठाई भी बांटी गयी । कार्यक्रम के
आरम्भ में नन्हीं आर टी आई कार्यकत्री ऐश्वर्या शर्मा नें भ्रष्टाचार
विरोधी मोबाइल हेल्प लाइन नंबर 9455553838 का विधिवत उद्घाटन किया ।
हेल्प लाइन वारे में जानकारी देते हुए संस्थान की
सचिव उर्वशी नें बताया कि यह हेल्प लाइन प्रातः 10 से सायं 5 बजे तक
हिंदी भाषा में कार्य करेगी । भ्रष्टाचार से पीड़ित कोई भी व्यक्ति इस
हेल्प लाइन पर फ़ोन कर विशेषज्ञ राय निःशुल्क ले सकता है । उर्वशी नें
बताया कि येश्वर्याज नें अन्ना को 20 अगस्त की रात ई मेल
के माध्यम से सलाह देते हुए लिखा था "आन्दोलन केवल केंद्र सरकार के
विरुद्ध ही केन्द्रित है जबकि अब यह आवश्यक है कि आम जनता और आन्दोलनकारी
इस आन्दोलन की दिशा अपने अपने संसदीय क्षेत्र के सांसद की तरफ मोड़ दें
और तब तक आन्दोलन जारी रखें जब
तक उनका सांसद उन्हें यह लिखित आश्वाशन नहीं दे देता है कि वह संसद में
जन लोकपाल बिल का समर्थन करने के साथ साथ भविष्य में क्षेत्र की जनता के
लिए पूरी इमानदारी और पारदर्शिता के साथ कार्य करेगा और उच्च नैतिक
मानकों को स्थापित करेगा । यदि कोई सांसद दलबदल विरोधी कानून, पार्टी
व्हिप आदि का हवाला देता है तो मेरा यह कहना है कि जाने कितने बार इन
नेताओं ने स्वम के निहित स्वार्थों के वशीभूत होकर कितने बार दलबदल किया
है और कितने बार पार्टी व्हिप का उल्लंघन , तो क्यों न इस वार यह काम
अपने क्षेत्र की ही नहीं बल्कि देश की जनता की भलाई के नेक काम के लिए
किया जाये । यदि किसी सांसद नें ऐसा किया तो हो सकता है कि अभी उसे तो
पार्टी का कोपभाजन बनना पड़े पर एक बार जनता का प्यारा हो जाने पर उसे बार
बार संसद जाने से कोई भी नहीं रोक सकता है । "

अन्ना नें २१ अगस्त को ही इस आशय का एलान किया जिसने आन्दोलन की दिशा ही बदल दी ।

राजाजीपुरम के बरिष्ठ नागरिक राम औतार रस्तोगी ने कहा कि मेरे लिए आज का
अहसास १९४७ के आजादी के दिन जैसा ही है । कार्यक्रम में उर्वशी , बबिता
सिंह , विष्णु दत्त , बादाम सिंह , प्रेमि सागर , राम औतार , राम प्रकाश
, उषा , प्रभुता आदि ने मुक्त कंठ से
अन्ना का आभार व्यक्त किया । इस अवसर पर अंजलि , ट्विंकल , निधि , मधु ,
प्रियंका , प्राची , रोहन अभिषेक आदि नें देश प्रेम की भावनाओं से ओत
प्रोत नृत्य एवं गायन के
बिभिन्न कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत किये ।

कार्यक्रम के अंत में सभी नें राजाजीपुरम के गरीब बच्चों को मिठाई बाँट
कर खुशियाँ मनायीं और जन लोकपाल बिल जल्दी से जल्दी लागू होने और अन्ना
के चिरायु होने की कामना की ।

की है। संस्था की सचिव उर्वशी के मुताबिक मोबाइन हेल्पलाइन नंबर
9455553838 पर सुबह 10 बजे से शाम 5 बजे तक भ्रष्टाचार के पीड़ित लोग
विशेषज्ञ से राय ले सकते हैं। यह हेल्पलाइन हिन्दी भाषा में कार्य करेगी।

येश्वर्याज सेवा संस्थान लखनऊ ने लोक पाल आन्दोलन की सफलता पर एक
कार्यक्रम 28-08-11 को राजाजीपुरम लखनऊ में अपने शिविर कार्यालय पर
आयोजित किया । कार्यक्रम में संस्थान के पदाधिकारियों , सदस्यों सहित
स्थानीय लोगों ने प्रतिभाग किया । इस अवसर पर भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी हेल्प
लाइन का उद्घाटन, विचार विमर्श ,देशभक्ति की भावना से ओत-प्रोत
सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों के साथ साथ मिठाई भी बांटी गयी । कार्यक्रम के
आरम्भ में नन्हीं आर टी आई कार्यकत्री ऐश्वर्या शर्मा नें भ्रष्टाचार
विरोधी मोबाइल हेल्प लाइन नंबर 9455553838 का विधिवत उद्घाटन किया ।
हेल्प लाइन वारे में जानकारी देते हुए संस्थान की सचिव उर्वशी नें बताया
कि यह हेल्प लाइन प्रातः 10 से सायं 5 बजे तक हिंदी भाषा में कार्य करेगी
। भ्रष्टाचार से पीड़ित कोई भी व्यक्ति इस हेल्प लाइन पर फ़ोन कर
विशेषज्ञ राय निःशुल्क ले सकता है । उर्वशी नें बताया कि येश्वर्याज
नें अन्ना को 20 अगस्त की रात ई मेल के माध्यम से सलाह देते हुए लिखा
था "आन्दोलन केवल केंद्र सरकार के विरुद्ध ही केन्द्रित है जबकि अब यह
आवश्यक है कि आम जनता और आन्दोलनकारी इस आन्दोलन की दिशा अपने अपने
संसदीय क्षेत्र के सांसद की तरफ मोड़ दें और तब तक आन्दोलन जारी रखें जब
तक उनका सांसद उन्हें यह लिखित आश्वाशन नहीं दे देता है कि वह संसद में
जन लोकपाल बिल का समर्थन करने के साथ साथ भविष्य में क्षेत्र की जनता के
लिए पूरी इमानदारी और पारदर्शिता के साथ कार्य करेगा और उच्च नैतिक
मानकों को स्थापित करेगा । यदि कोई सांसद दलबदल विरोधी कानून, पार्टी
व्हिप आदि का हवाला देता है तो मेरा यह कहना है कि जाने कितने बार इन
नेताओं ने स्वम के निहित स्वार्थों के वशीभूत होकर कितने बार दलबदल किया
है और कितने बार पार्टी व्हिप का उल्लंघन , तो क्यों न इस वार यह काम
अपने क्षेत्र की ही नहीं बल्कि देश की जनता की भलाई के नेक काम के लिए
किया जाये । यदि किसी सांसद नें ऐसा किया तो हो सकता है कि अभी उसे तो
पार्टी का कोपभाजन बनना पड़े पर एक बार जनता का प्यारा हो जाने पर उसे बार
बार संसद जाने से कोई भी नहीं रोक सकता है । " अन्ना नें २१ अगस्त को ही
इस आशय का एलान किया जिसने आन्दोलन की दिशा ही बदल दी । राजाजीपुरम के
बरिष्ठ नागरिक राम औतार रस्तोगी ने कहा कि मेरे लिए आज का अहसास १९४७ के
आजादी के दिन जैसा ही है । कार्यक्रम में उर्वशी , बबिता सिंह , विष्णु
दत्त , बादाम सिंह , प्रेमि सागर , राम औतार , राम प्रकाश , उषा ,
प्रभुता आदि ने मुक्त कंठ से अन्ना का आभार व्यक्त किया । इस अवसर पर
अंजलि , ट्विंकल , निधि , मधु , प्रियंका , प्राची , रोहन अभिषेक आदि नें
देश प्रेम की भावनाओं से ओत प्रोत नृत्य एवं गायन के बिभिन्न कार्यक्रम
प्रस्तुत किये । कार्यक्रम के अंत में सभी नें राजाजीपुरम के गरीब
बच्चों को मिठाई बाँट कर खुशियाँ मनायीं और जन ोकपाल बिल जल्दी से जल्दी
लागू होने और अन्ना के चिरायु होने की कामना की ।

कार्यक्रम के आरम्भ में नन्हीं आर टी आई कार्यकत्री ऐश्वर्या शर्मा नें
भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी मोबाइल हेल्प लाइन नंबर 9455553838 का विधिवत
उद्घाटन किया । हेल्प लाइन वारे में जानकारी देते हुए संस्थान की

Sharma , Secretary of Lucknow based NGO Yaishwaryaj Seva Sansthan ,
Anna Hazare, on Sunday widened the agitation, directly confronting
Members of Parliament and Union Ministers . Acting on Anna's appeal,
people in various parts of Uttar Pradesh on Sunday evening held
demonstrations in front of their respective MPs' houses in favour of a
strong anti-corruption Lokpal Bill. People from various walks of life
staged sit-ins in front of MPs' houses in Lucknow, Unnao, Kanpur,
Faizabad and Allahabad.
On Saturday , Urvashi had sent an email to Anna Hazare , IAC , Aruna
Roy , Medha patekar and Prime minister Manmohan Singh.The mail
emphasized the need to shift focus of agitation on MPs/Ministers in
their respective constituencies .
The Mail read "Its not that only MPs/Ministers at Centre are
Pro-Corruption . M.L.A.s / Ministers of State governments are even
more corrupt . More or less , all politicians are corrupt irrespective
of the party , they are with right now . With so many defections and
changeovers like monkey-jumps no one is able to identify as to who
started from where and passed through which passage. We are seeing the
present only . As such there is no ideology of today's politicians.
So, The need is to direct a movement against all M.P.s and M.L.A.s of
all constituencies . As citizen of India it is our dharma to first
question ourselves and then to all our leaders and hold them to high
ethical standards. We cannot have high benchmarks of accountability
for politicians, and no benchmarks for ourselves. So instead of
sitting on dharnas against the central government , we should mobilize
the people first to practice high ethical standards for themselves
from the day and then shift their focus against the M.P. of their
constituency not only to mount pressure on him to support the required
Jan Lokpal Bill in Parliament but also to practice high ethical
standards in all his future ventures. There should be an open demand
that the fast shall not be broken until n unless there is a written
commitment from the respective M.P. that he shall not only support the
required Jan Lokpal Bill in Parliament but also practice high ethical
standards in all his future ventures. Yes , anti defection law,party
whip etc. etc. are there . We know many a cases where M.P.s have gone
against party whip , have defected their parties for their own selfish
motive so this time why can't they do this for the people of their own
constituency. After all they are in Parliament because of them ( The
people ) . If they do it once this time , maybe they shall be in
parliament forever. "
I am happy that this will surely create tremendous amount of pressure
on the MPs/Ministers and would allow Anna to end his fast earlier if
the Govt heeds to the pressure on the MPs, said Urvashi.
