Dear Sir,

This is to most cordially invite you to the Foundation
Conference of "RTI Activists' Federation (Punjab)" to be held in "Law
Bhawan Auditorium", Sector-37, Chandigarh on 11.4.2010 (Sunday) from
10.00A.M. to 3.30P.M.

The Conference shall be inaugurated by Hon'ble Shri
Ramesh Inder Singh, State Chief Information Commissioner, Punjab. The
Conference shall be presided over by Hon'ble Shri Arvind Kejriwal,
Magasasey Award Winner, and Managing Trustee of PCRF. The
deliberations shall comprise (a) inauguration as above; (b) release
and distribution of a booklet containing the Punjabi version of the
RTI Act, 2005 and the Punjab RTI (Procedure) Rules (free copies for
all); (c) discussion on report of Public Causes Research Foundation
(PCRF) Ghaziabad on performance of Punjab State Information
Commission; (d) Inter-active session with all the available State
Information Commissioners of Punjab; and (e) Valedictory address.
