eight year old aishwarya sharma - the youngest person to file a Right to Information (RTI) application moves second appeal to S.I.C.U.P.

though aishwarya's rti has fetched results to the tune of directions
of lucknow municipil corporation to shift the dumpyard and
co-operation of city montessori school lucknow to provide all
facilities for setting up a good public library.The library is
functional and anyone can avail the facilities . please go thru the
given news link that appeared in hindustan times issue dated 12 april
2010.

but since her rti queries are still unanswered , she has moved second
appeal to SICUP to get what he demanded from cm of the state - NO
GARBAGE HOUSES NEAR SCHOOLS IN UTTAR PRADESH . this is available at
