yes subhash ji

this is a serious issue. why only ngo's ? with prior apologies to all
, i want to quote that most of the ngos are money making mechanisms
and are more deeply involved in corruption than some of the public
servants.

first pay set percentage n then get grant is an open government policy
n we all know this very well.

all rti users should come forward and raise their voice against this
non-democratic conspiracy of the government .
