In Uttar Pradesh C. I. C. = C(orrupt) I(ncompetent) C(ajoler) person of disgrace , if other states are somewhat different ?

Thanks to RTI History in Uttar Pradesh which tells this all that if u
want to become C.I.C. of Uttar Pradesh , the minimum eligibility
Criterion are -
1. You should be corrupt enough to save ur corrupt kins ( who are now
the PIO & AA )
2. You should have remained incompetent during your active service so
that you should not perform as CIC and pendancy should break the
backbone of the act
3. You should be a habitual cajoler so that your masters ( the corrupt
) should not feel any uncomfort by your presence at SIC

Many Thanks to many pseudo-activists of uttar pradesh also who are
working not for the cause called RTI but for their families leisurely
pleasures by encashing their prior images and their proximitis to the
( corrupt ) high-ups in the government and the society. They pretend
to work for RTI but their aims are to engage their family in
rti-business , take donations , do manipulations and make money.They
treat RTI as their jagir and are hands in gloves with the
abovementioned C.I.C.s and are strangling the rti movement in uttar
pradesh.
