u r right when u say a tireless effort but as i have always said if we
put our efforts with a pious heart , sooner or later they shall be
converted to fruitful results.at least there is no harm in
brainstorming thru these seminars/conventions.

the project of amending the rti act , on lines proposed by us cannot
be pushed at this point of time because the government is ready to
pick that up n show its demonly face to all of us by amending the act
otherwise.

since the following issues are hot issues in rti circles-
1. amendments is rti act - we have u p govt.'s chief secretary n
principal secretary admin reforms deptt ( nodal deptt for rti in u p )
2.appointment of ccic - shekharji n wazahatji shall be there to
discuss this one to one n bring home our point of view to him
3.wealth declaration by h. judges - sitting n ex j. of high court shall be there

all the participants shall sign a memorandum to stop amendments in rti
act n to adopt an open n transparent selection of CCIC.

moreover such seminars find media attention that gives rti more name n
understanding among masses.

in this era of corruption we don't expect any more from such seminars
but so far as fruitful results are concerned , the sky is the limit.
